Hi! My name is Regen and I gotta tell you my story about this wonderful business called Aerco. However, they seem more like friends than a business. Last summer, I, being quite the idiot, ran over a meridian. I thought I just popped my tire and had my car towed to my dealer where I get service. They were closed so the next day I went there to see how it was going and they said I did a lot more damage than just blow out my tire and that my car was in fact, at a place called Aerco Collision. That’s just great. My stress level just quadrupled. All right, fine, I’ll head over to this Aerco and see what they are doing to my car. Ugh. I walked into Aerco with my blood pressure sky high, because let’s be honest, who likes having any kind of car troubles?? But I walked in and immediately I was greeted by this nice man named Shawn. He stuck his hand out, introduced himself to me. I told him who I was and why I was there and he immediately put me at ease. He showed me to my car and explained what was wrong. Now I’m not very smart when it comes to cars so a lot of what he said, well I had to take his word for it. I put my trust in this stranger I had just met and hoped for the best. Well, saying I got the best is quite an understatement when dealing with Aerco Collision. Shawn introduced me to the lovely office manager, Jessica, whom I felt was going to be my new best friend over the next week or two. She got me hooked up in a loaner car (free of charge! I know, right?) and explained the business side of things with insurance. I left in the loaner and for the next week I received calls from either Shawn or Jessica with updates about my car. I felt that they were right on top of things and genuinely cared about me as a person. It was clear from the beginning I was valued as a person and customer to them, not just another way to get money. My car was ready the following week and I was not able to pick it up the day it was ready. They were kind enough and flexible enough to let me keep the loaner an extra day until I could make the trek to Aerco to pick up my baby. 🙂 I will say within a month of having my car back, I found myself again standing in Aerco’s lobby for another issue. They helped me out that 2nd time more than I could have ever expected. The staff at Aerco collision are kind, caring, genuine, friendly and ultra-professional. I cannot say enough good about both my experiences with the nice folks over at Aerco other than to say, though I hope I never have to see them again except for a friendly visit, I would hands-down bring my car there every time and recommend them highly to anyone who needs collision repair. After an accident whether it is a fender bender or full on collision, stress levels are high. It was so very beautiful to put my car into the hands of not only capable people, but kind, caring people as well. Aerco Collision, I cannot thank you enough!!!
